Returns & Refunds Policy – Irisko Shop

At Irisko Shop, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which returns are accepted, and how you can initiate the process. In this policy, the expressions “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Irisko Shop, located in Toronto, Canada.

1. Reasons You Can Return an Item

You may return an item purchased from Irisko Shop under the following conditions: Faulty or Damaged Items If the item you received is faulty or damaged, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Canada’s Consumer Protection laws. Each case will be assessed fairly. Change of Mind If you change your mind, we accept returns of eligible products within 30 days, provided they meet our return conditions.

2. Conditions for Returning Items

To qualify for a return: The item must be in original condition, unworn, and unused. All original tags and packaging must be included. Any certificates or manuals (if applicable) must be returned. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. How to Return Items

In-Person Returns If you made your purchase in-store, you can return the item to the same store location within 30 days. Online Purchases If your item was purchased online, you may return it in either of the following ways: In-store Return (Preferred) Bring the item, along with your online order invoice or confirmation email, to one of our return locations in Canada. Return by Mail Please contact our Customer Support team at support@iriskoshop.com before sending any return. You’ll need to share your order number, reason for return, and contact details. If shipping back to us: All return shipping costs must be pre-paid by the customer. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) shipments. We recommend tracking and insurance for your return to avoid loss or damage. Include your return confirmation email or order invoice in the package. 4. Refund Processing

All returned items are subject to review and quality inspection. If approved: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If you paid in cash, the refund may be issued via e-transfer, debit refund, or cheque. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Note: Refunds for gifts will only be made to the original payment method unless otherwise permitted by law.

5. Change of Mind Exclusions

Our Change of Mind policy does not apply to: Items that have been resized or customized Engraved items Final sale or clearance items Items showing signs of wear or use

6. ‘As New’ Condition Definition

Returned items must be in As New Condition, which means: Unworn, undamaged, and free of scratches or signs of use All original packaging, certificates, and proof of purchase must be included Final assessment of condition will be at the discretion of Irisko Shop.
